Client - Chevrolet - Part 1 - The history


The Chevrolet (Mark of General Motors) was a great account consult than i have here in my city. In 2,5 years working like a Marketing Consultant, i developed many jobs with great result. We obtained elevate the sell rate 40% all chevrolet sells in the city. The Chevrolet is the great sucess case that i had and the most important consult than i did.

My work with chevrolet start with a local Chevrolet car-store, Tambaí Motor. The Tambaí Motor is locate in a small city called Bayeux around the capital João Pessoa. Bayeux is a city with almost 200.000 people with low money. In Brazil, the National Chevrolet only give concession to 2 official car-stores for cities until 800.000 people. In the time that the Tambaí was installed, João Pessoa only have 700.000 people and Bayeux around 100.000. To install a new official Chevrolet car store in João Pessoa region, was choice the Bayeux city, becouse the automobilist market was grow up, and others Cars Companys was did installed here.

The Group than had the conssession to open the Tambaí Motor was "Dão Silveira Group". Everything happen maybe 20 years ago, i was a scholl studant yet. The car sells market grow up so much more than 8 years, when the things beginig cold. When the Tambaí Motor complets 10 years, more or less, the Dão Silveiras group sell the company and Chevrolet conssesion to Cavalcantti Group.

The Cavalcantti Group take the Tambaí Motor with a terrible stage and many adminitrative problems. Other Carstores in the region saled many cars at mouth. The first saled around 140 cars/mounth for the time being the Tambaí Motor saled only 10 or 15 cars/mounth, occupied the last posicion in the list than had 25 official company´s carstores.

When the Cavalcantti Group take over the company´s control i was called to Victor Cavalcantti, the Tambaí Motor Chief Executive Officer. At realy, i was buying a car in the store and Victor cames talk with me and made me a propose. I accept the propose and begun a consult for the company.

This happen 6 years ago, when i had 22 years and started my professional carrer like Marketing Consultant and Advertiser. I worked in advertising agencies once, in the creation and plan seccion. I worked like Communication Design too in public officers. I was young with the brain burns and accepted the challenge.

My story with the Chevrolet and Tambaí begin now. To be continue...

Client - Brazil Overseas Property

The Brazil Overseas Property is a International Company that i am Marketing Consultant. Our work was create a brand concept and locate the company with a new image in the market.

First Step: Change the brand

The old Brazil´s Overseas Property brand not transmited nothing. If you can see below, the brand is only a trace with the company´s name, more appearence with inverse Nike logo. Moreover the brand don´t transmit any concept or something that couse any feeling in your clients or what the company done.


After a market research and indentify the problems, somethings was necessary to create a new business concept. Start with the brand. A new brand needs be a real face of the company, transmiting what clients want and that the Brazil Overseas Property is the real choice, at more, the clients needs feel security that will doing the right choice. At that time, was created the new brand and the company´s concept Brazil Overseas Property, offering you more choice.


If you can see, a new brand have many qualities. Was created a circle with a texture like a ocean simulate, a sea waves stylized. Was put inside the circle a shadow of the child look ahead with yours small telescope. The circle simulate the World, with concept that no have limits, no have frontiers. The child´s shadow means the future, and the significate this child look in the telescope is a future concept, with dreams to meet the world. In other words, the company´s clients can made themselves future here. The fonts was choice with serifs becouse fonts like this transmit tradicionality and security, becouse is a classic style font. To link the company with the brand was created in the concept with the phrase "offering you more choice". This concept, or slogan, show how the company is the best way for who wants make business, buy a property or need an ancillary in Brazil, becouse they doing the best then can for the clients.


Second step: The Ad Campaign

The campaign was created to divulgate the company services and bring near the peoples. So, with this essential commodities, the company line to new business was determinated according the same brand concept.



Like up, "See ahead the horizon" significate the same thing that the child in the circle brand want means. Is a Newspaper Ad and next is the Outdoor ad, that will created to be only borders with the text in upside. The inside area (that would be the press area) is going to remove and the landscape stay visible under the borders.



A business and brand concept is essential for any company that will want going to a success.
